Early photograph with Jimmy Steele seated in the middle. North Belfast GAA possibly Kickhams?

Can anyone verify???

Kickhams GAA pre 1916 - Edward and William Gilmore in the dark jackets were at the Coalisland Muster for 1916. They were founder members of Sinn Fein and family members of Liam Mulholland (smiler) a great uncle on the O'Hanlon side of the family. From these early photographs many members became volunteers in the emerging IRA after 1916. In the hurling photos we are uploading there could be further volunteers from Belfast who attended the Coalisland Muster 1916.

  1. Hi I noticed an inaccuracy in the description of Liam Mulholland as being on the O'Hanlon side of the family. Liam was not related directly to the O'Hanlons he was an in-law. Liam's sister Annie Mulholland was married to O'Hanlon. The Mulhollands are a separate branch of the family.
